Betfair are continuing their recent innovations, by trialling two new types of betting markets over the Easter Carnival.

Firstly, they have introduced markets for the Top Carnival Jockey, and the Top Carnival Trainer, over the four days of the AJC Easter Carnival.  

They have also introduced Yes/No betting on whether certain horses will quinella the feature races on the long weekend.

It remains to be seen whether Australian punters are ready for such betting types, however, innovation costs very little to trial, and anything that increases race wagering should be applauded.
