TAB WEBSITE FAILS UNDER PRESSURE

Less than three weeks after the old Victorian TAB Website was closed, the new TAB websites suffered from numerous problems on Saturday.

With 17 feature races available for fixed odds betting, last Saturday should have been a bonanza day for both punters and the TAB. However, with the return of the constant "error page" when trying to place bets throughout the afternoon, online punters who were fortunate enough (or is that shrewd enough?), were forced to switch to their Unitab (QLD) or Ozbet (WA) accounts to place their fixed odds investments.

With the TAB Sportsbet's pockets deep enough to fund a large sponsorship of the NRL for three years, Trackdata is hoping that they have something left to fix their ongoing website problems.
